Systane® Ultra Preservative-Free Eye Drops, packaged in 25 single-use vials in the manufacturing Lot 10101 have been voluntarily recalled by Alcon Laboratories due to evidence of fungal contamination. This product is typically used to temporarily relieve dry eye symptoms.
If your eye drops have been included in this recall, stop using them immediately and contact the place of purchase for a refund or replacement. Patients should contact the office if you suspect your eyes have experienced any problems related to using this product.
